Kapow! This is my first big scale painting on pottery - You can see the process from the first pencil sketches to the full paint works before the firing. I'll post up an image of the final jug soon! Oh and Happy 2012 people!
Yes you use a special paint for ceramics which then gets glazed and fired in a kiln - These pics are from before firing so the paint looks quite chalky. Afraid I don't know the paint's official name.
